Equity Sharing Note / Agreement
i am thinking of being the money guy with a rehab group. i will be getting a certain percentage of the profit, along with interest on the money.
does anyone have access to a good equity sharing note that i could combine with a deed of trust ?

I have something you might like per the agreement. Not sure of allowed methods of interaction. Long time reader, but nothing beyond that, so I am not sure of the pc thing to do.
