Anyone know how much it could cost to rewire a 3br 1 ba house. Ballpark figures.
You might want to add specifics like is there existing wiring, are the walls open, do you need a new service to the house, is this new construction, or existing, where is the property, etc? Without this the prices are all over the board.
It is an old house, there is already wire inside the walls,the walls are closed. it is in a nice neighbor.
Just ask a few electricians for an estimate, if you already own the house. Recently had a 4BR 3BA 2200SF house rewired- most walls open- no new service- no fixtures- rough inspection- $2200. A time and materials bid. Chris
