I am a Painting contractor with other construction related background and formerly an apartment manager wanting to buy a Durham duplex, big SF house, or other multi-family fixer! But I need a partner. Will buy only at good price in areas close to Duke's east campus/9th st. ..will fix-up/live-in/manage and hold.
