Dumb But Important - Assignment Contract
Hello, I'm a new rehabber getting a home that's being assigned from another investor. Yeah i know i've probably paid "a little" too much but there's still enough in the deal for me.
I don't yet know if my HM lender is going to fund the deal. If I sign the assignment contract am I bound to anything?

your bound to what the contract states.
so if the contract that is attached to the assignment states subject to financing then you are also aquiring those rights.
