Down Payment For Apartment Investment
The offer on the 6 unit property that Iam purposing is $280,000. Of course 90% of the loan can be covered via a commericial loan, however as a first time investor with not a lot of cash I need resources or ideas for financing the remaining 10%(65,000). for closing and downpayment to close the deal. It always that first property, that first hill to climb before you can get started. Any help
