Donating Real Estate To Charities
Curious if anyone has had an experience with donating a house, land, etc. to a charity. How did you decide? Were tax advantages what you expected? I want to know as my new company facilitates these transactions and it would sure help me to know what pitfalls or negative surprises people encounter - so I can avoid them for my donors!
