I sold a house. It was in bad condition. Buyer knew it. Now buyer is taking time to record deed and I am getting violations for not keeping building to city codes. I hope this is little more clear.
There was this guy i talked to here in CT that was up visiting his brother who claims he owns Half of Pheonix (litterally). His name is Ken Kliphon. he claims that he could "back 350k" right now if he needed to. He was actually trying to pull something behind our backs on this property and didnt seem to legit. My advice to you is that if you run into him stay away. Look him up on google i believe he has a mentoring program down there.
