Damaged Property - Assigning Insurance
Anybody have any experience working with properties damaged by fire (or other means )and having the owner assign their insurance policy payout as a condition of sale?
I'd appreciate any language or suggestions to wording, you used in the contract.
Anybody successfully do this, meaning purchase with repairs footed by insurance carrier?
