I own a home out right and want to use my home equity. Texas has some strange rules. Any advice. Any lenders/agents you can recommend who are familiar with what I am trying to do?
Like you said Texas has diferent rules. Have you tried your local investment club. I know that Dallas has a few big clubs. I am sure that someone there would have an idea.
What are yu trying to do? Do you want to get a HELOC, refi with cash out?
