Cost Of Mold Remidiation

I am currently looking at a property with a terrible mold problem. Aside from that, the house is in good shape. It was built in 1960 and has mold under all the walpaper everywhere and in the bathrooms. I have no idea what the cost would be to do a rehab on this. I'm not looking to do it myself...just to wholesale it, but i don't know what to estimate the cost as. The owner says the roof is okay..no leaks, but obviously moisture is coming in some where. I don't know if you could just paint over everything with "kilz" or if all the walls actually have to be replaced. Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated!
ps, the owner already had the kitchen redone and had new tile put all over. She just can't afford to do the rest.

Who knows what the actual cost will be, but it will involve at lot more than simply painting over everything. There will be lots of dumpsters out front before it is over. Plus the main thing is the moisture problem has to be dealt with before anything else. It is very likely the old owner now has mold behind her new kitchen walls.
