Contractor Resume Needed
I am working on my 2nd rehab property. Someone purchased the home and my company will be doing the rehab work. Since i own my contruction company the banks wants me to send them my Contractor company resume. Has anyone ever heard of this, if so what needs to be included in it.
its just like a personal resume, but w/ tasks/accomplishments of the company.

Spell out your qualifications, show licenses, display before and after photos of your previous job, etc would also help. Do you or your employees have an employment history you can brag about?
It sounds like the Bank is nervous about putting their money on the line with such an inexperienced contractor. Convince the Bank you are solid, insured, etc., and you will be OK.
