Condemed Properties....
Noticed alot of condemed properties in an up in coming area. Tried a search but there was only one topic. Anyone ever deal with these properties? If so, how did it turn out? Are there grants or programs for these?

be careful of extra collateral damage, it mounts up quick. Not to mention extra costs
