Computer Programs
Does anyone know of a free online computer program for rehabbing? I need to pick my colors for the outside. I am no good at using the samples from the paint store. I would like to find a program that I can use to insert photos.
If I need to pay that is fine too.

Hey, at Home Depot, Behr's got a display that you can use to determine colors/color schemes. I suck at picking out colors, 'cause I can't visualize, but this program'll show you how it'll look on/in a house. Then, you can take them colors, and go to like Sherwin Williams, and buy the good paint, not that crap they sell at Home Depot...
several of the color palette sheets have color schemes on them that are popular. Otherwise, I go down the street and take pictures of the houses that have great appeal and then I copy them. Going to the home show will also help give you some ideas.

Actually if you go to cnet . com and type in home design under the downloads section you should find several free programs which may suit your needs.
