commercial rehab
First of all, I have never done much rehab, but I remember there used to be a lender in the lender tool for rehab commercial loans... I am looking for this person. I am currently paying a lot of rent for my office space. A building mixed use building came up and I would like to buy it to move my office there, however a lot of repair needed. I would like to borrow 100K for purchase and 100K for rehab. building finished is worth about 350K. Anyone know where I can find a hard money lender to do this? most I see are for residential only. If you click on "Lenders" there is a new lender finder. You can search from the state you are in and it will give you the rates.

I did that but there is no one who does hard money lending in michigan.
