It was probably deleted for being in the wrong forum, althoughin such case it should have been moved instead of deleted.

At anyrate we advise all new members to read the Forum Rules (tab upper right) which will help them understand what is appropriate and what is not.....

    thanks

Turns out there were two errors on this whole thing.

First, I merely forgot the forum in which I placed the post.

Second, I drove by the property and there is NO mobile home on the site, all that is there is trashed out vacant land.

Is the house considered an historic house in a decent neighborhood? If so, then leave the closet issue alone. The incoming buyers might appreciate the original features - or lack of features. I had an historic house once that needed a new kitchen. The incoming buyers made me stop my installation of new cabinets and counters so that they could finish it up true to the original time.

I would say 2 closets if 2 rooms share 1. Either way.
