Chimney Leak
I have a small leak around the chimney of an older home that does not have flashing around it. I have temporarily sprayed the foam insulation around it from the attic as we have snow and ice on the roof right now. Should I attempt flashing and tar around it when the weather breaks or just the roof tar? Thanks
Digital, where do you purchase the "boot" material? The roof appears to be 1 layer, and newer, but there is no flashing and only tar that will contract and expand and not be a permanent fix. Too much ice and snow right now.
