Chicago Help
I am looking to join a real estate club in the Chicago area and would appreciate any input. I've contact the one of the most promising clubs via email and voicemail and no response. Most other clubs seem to be just starting out (1 or 2 members).
I am looking to do rehab projects and would like to meet like-minded people who know the ropes a lot better than I (especially financing). Right now I live in the city and own a few rental properties and have done major remodeling in two of my units.

if you dont mind a drive out to the suburbs, there is a great club that meets in McHenry. Lots of members and great speakers. $10 to get in, well worth it. Check out their website, northernilrea (dot-com).

let's talk. i also own rentals in the city and am interested in doing rehabs. i've been buying them from other rehabbers, and now want to make the money myself. i have the financing and can help you with that, but i need help with finding a good contractor who won't rip me off or disappear with my money. give me a call at xxxxx

I am part of a club called "The Chicago Real Estate Investment club" we had our first meeting and had almost 50 people. Contact me and I will give you more information and how to sign up. The are no member dues or the like, just a meeting fee of $10. The club is "in" Chicago.
