Carpet Or Wood Floors

Which do you think most people prefer? I personally prefer wood and the cost will be close.

    Just the opposite here...
    Wood floors are one of the key ingredients to getting a tenant. Our rental market is pretty loaded right now so in order to rent quickly they need to stick out.

    Definitely Carpet for rentals... My rentals are all w2w carpet!! They are easier to clean or replace WHEN the tenants destroy them!
