Carpet, Laminate Or Tile?
I know, I know this is the age old question.
I have a rental that is an SFH in a nice enough neighborhood. I am trying to make up my mind about whether to put in laminate flooring, replace carpet or install tile.
What are the thoughts on this and what are the pros and cons of each approach?

I prefer tile. Nicer than laminate and sometimes cheaper. Less maintenance and allergy prone than carpet.
