What grade of carpet is best to put in homes that will be rehabbed and sold? I was told that builders grade was between 30-35 ounces so I am guessing that would suffice.
I have never experienced purchasing carpet based on ounces. It is material - nylon, ect... The grade to purchase is the lowest grade that will meet your potential buyers expectations.
