Buying Rehabbed Home
Found a house I would like to live in personally and it was a rehabbed house. Professionally done with about 2000 sf on main level with about 1500 unfinished in the lower level. Nice walkout rambler. I can get it for 35k less than their original asking price....Is that more than enough to ask off considering I can build some more equity finishing the basement? Only thing that scares me on the home is that its a tuckunder style garage and i would consider converting that to a new lower level living room and add a 3 car detached in the rear maybe.
Only 35k off orig asking and it was on market for quite some time but he said that its high bottom line.
Any thoughts?
