Best Repair & Remodel Cost Guidebook?
What is the most accurate repair and remodel cost guide on the market?
I've found two. The Craftsman 2005 National Repair & Remodeling Estimator guidebook. It also comes with a CD with estimator software on it.
There is also the Marshall & Swift Home Repair and Remodel Cost Guide 2004 which is recommended by the author of a popular rehab book.
Have you had experience with either of these books? Which one have you found to be more accurate?
