Best RE Investment Analysis Software
I am pretty new to this site. I was hoping I could get some recommendations for the best (and cheapest) RE investment analysis software. You know, one of those programs where you plug in a few figures and the rest is calculated for you. I am most interested in investing in multi-family and sm apt bldgs. Thanks. Foggy

What kind of analysis are you interested in? Like property profiles or are we talking about like amortization?

I'm looking for a cost analysis program that gives you all the information you need to make a purchase decision. I'd like to plug in certain facts - like cost and monthly rent income and some expenses and then have the program calcualte long term profits and percentages and things like that.

most of the stuff is FREE and I've used it myself it seems to do really good for a FREE software. Let me know if you have any problem finding it. Good Luck.
