Best Option - Larger Bedrooms Or Bath
We are rehabbing a rather small house - only 750 sq ft and updating to have 2 bath. I was thinking to make the bedrooms larger by reducing the bathroom size by having a shower only instead of a tub. Now I am torn between whether folks generally prefer larger bedrooms or bathrooms with tub.
Appreciate some input
With a house that small I would have one bathroom with a tub and one without.

Agreed...
Greater value comes in the form of extra bathrooms unless the bedrooms are ridiculously small like 8x8 etc.

If your potential buyers will be families with kids then the tub is really important so they can give the kids a bath.
