Auctioned Property
Anyone know much about sheriff auctioned property? There is a place close to me i ran into and would like to have. I cant get inside but it is newer and I think I can get it way under value. My question deals with liens. How do I know if there are liens on the place or if the deed is legit? ANy other info would be appreciated.

I dont know the laws where you live but when you buy at auction all liens should be cleared. i know at auctions you need a large downpayment and usually have about a month to pay in full. thats about all i know
