Assigning A Sales Contract _
I am in the process of selling a duplex. The buyer wants the contract to be assignable, however, my agent says it is not in my best interest to have a contract that is assignable
My Question is What are the drawbacks of having an assignable contract for the seller and what are the advantages, if any, of an assignable sale contract?
