Not enough information to really give you a good answer. It would depend on the crawlspace area, the soil type, are we jacking and placing on pier pads or pouring cylinder footings for the posts etc. I have charged from $250 to $2000 to level a floor providing that is all that I am going to do.

It is important that a wide footer is pour prior to installing addtional piers. Simply making the footer the approximate width of the pier is not sufficient. Much of it has to do with how much tributary load is being placed upon the area in question.
I would look at consulting a structural engineer........probably about $250 to get the best solution to the problem.
Then have a contractor give you a price based upon those recommendations.
