Anyone Clean Roofs? Mildew/fungus, Etc??
Hey guys,
I just bought a house where several shingles have been replaced with new ones. Hurricane Lili, I suppose. The new ones are much lighter than the told ones which are discolored.
I saw a cleaning service the other day which indicated that they do roofs. I thought of using my pressure washer, but don't care to be "slip-sliding" to the ground.

Look under roofing in Yellow Pages.
You may also be able to get your local handyman to venture up there. I have seen a solution for this at Home Depot / Lowe's.

Thanks for the replys. Mike, the URL you posted got blanked out. What is the name of the product? Is it applied with a pump sprayer, or pressure washer. Did you say 4-5 min or 4-5 hours?

I have used bleach diluted with water to get rid of mildew/algea in spray bottle. How large an area is it?
