Any Real Estate Investor Clubs In Santa Clara County CA? Any Member Please Let Me Know!
I am in sunnyvale CA and am looking for a real estate investor club to find a mentor or someone looking to do a rehab with a newbie. I have some cash and would love to put it into a rehab project but i have not done one yet. all my knowledge of this is theoretical due to many books on the subject but i think that i can be very successful in this business with little help from proffessionals. Anyone in the Santa Clara area please help!!!!!!!
