Any Opinions On Manufactured House Values?
I have the option to purchase a manufactured house near Orlando but I am unsure of the logic of buying one of these compared to a real house. Anyone have an opinion of experience at this? How long can one of these things reasonably be expected to last?

Lonnie Scruggs has made a million in MFG homes and singlewides. My brother has done numerous money doubling deals in them.
That said a new one will depreciate 6% a year for the first 5 years or so according to industry studies.

There are thousands of foreclosed mobile homes . This is only way to buy. I just bought another today 4bd 2bath 16x80 2001 model for 5000. call your financial institution that finances them or better yet that used to. like BOA
