Any Mold Experts Out There?
I just got back my mold report and was hoping to get someone to look at it and tell me if anything stands out as something that I should check into. It's in PDF format and I can email it to anyone who can give me some feedback. Thanks!

Hi Laura,
You should contact the inspector directly for questions or comments. For anyone to review another persons report without having firsthand knowledge is putting themselves out on a limb.

I can also tell you that mold remediation is not terribly difficult. Lot's of profit opportunity if you don't mind getting a little dirty.
I agree w/ Dave. Mold isn't the problem, it's the result of the problem which is moisture. Great opportunity to drive down the cost.
