I just got back my mold report and was hoping to get someone to look at it and tell me if anything stands out as something that I should check into. It's in PDF format and I can email it to anyone who can give me some feedback. Thanks! [addsig]

Hi Laura,
You should contact the inspector directly for questions or comments. For anyone to review another persons report without having firsthand knowledge is putting themselves out on a limb.

I can also tell you that mold remediation is not terribly difficult. Lot's of profit opportunity if you don't mind getting a little dirty.
I agree w/ Dave. Mold isn't the problem, it's the result of the problem which is moisture. Great opportunity to drive down the cost.
