Hello Fellow Investors

Im looking for hard money lenders to work with me on rehab projects. Im hoping for a 70% LTV or better if possible.

Anyone here has work with any lenders that work the new york , connecticut area.

Please share in you experience.I would appreciate it

    Have you tried the new 'Lender Finders' that Joel has provided for us.

    I believe this will be a great help for those looking for Lenders. In their copy they should tell us what service they provide.

    There is a HML right in Conn. The name is Brookview Financial and you can visit their site at www.brookviewfinancial.com and get a brochure mailed to you. They loan 70% LTV. They pay 85% of the purchase price plus 100% of the rehab costs. They are aggressive and knowlegeable in the rehab lending business.
