Advice On Investing While In The Process Of Divorcing
i am currently separated from my wife, marriage is over, but she wont sign the divorce papers. i am in the process of getting a loan & of course have to check married on the loan application. if i plan on rehabbing and flipping, does my wife have to sign any paperwork? any help would be appreciated
