What does spam mean?

Hey, Spam is minced meat in a can. I think it is ham. It means your tenants are out of money and can't buy real meat. If you see Spam cans in the garbage, start getting the eviction papers ready.
Bruce, You obviously haven't paid attention to the price they're trying to charge for that stuff these days. It's not cheap any more. I don't touch the stuff myself. Jeff
