Has anyone noticed changes in the Southwest Florida Real Estate market following hurricane Irma? Do you expect a value increase for homes not affected?
Has anyone noticed changes in the Southwest Florida Real Estate market following hurricane Irma? Do you expect a value increase for homes not affected?
I would think that it would stay the same, if not decrease a little bit until all of the homes that were damaged are rebuilt, sold off, or desposed of.
