Motivation
Does anyone know of any really good motivational stories? The best one I know of is "Rich Dad, Poor Dad." We made it out of the rat race, but found it difficult to be continuously motivated. We visited this web-site alot, but would prefer portable reading material.

Anytime I come across a good article, I print it out. I have a gray binder where I have all my RE contacts, my note paper, information, current deals, etc., and I have a section for those stories. It helps.
