Having A VERY Hard Time Getting Started. Need Help, Please!
Hi. I am relatively new to this board. to make a long story short, i am trying to get into the real estate investing game, but am so very lost. How do i start. How do i find the money to start with bad credit. Who do i target, fsbo or realtors? Someone please help me! Thanks :-(

As far as bad credit, maybe you should ask that question in the Credit Repair forum. Also, what are you trying to accomplish? Buying rental property, flipping, etc?

Do some reading on this site for a while - post questions in the right section.
i understand your comment. however, you could have at least TOLD me where the right place is instead of just blankly commenting. As you can see, i am new, and i have not quite gotten adjusted yet. But, thanks for the help, i think....... :-o
