General Advice?

I got into REI at age 27 and after my first rental prop I decided to invest into a family. So my second and third investments were wife and lil girl. haha. It wasnt until last year that I really got into REI and have acquired 11 units. (all REI has been buy and hold).

Im extremely curious now at age 31 and really want to learn as much as I can with REI. I realize there are a great many of you that have been doing this for a very long time. So i guess in the midst of all this rant, is there anything you would have done differently? Would you have gone at it a little harder? maybe backed off it to enjoy family life more?

Sorry to get philosophical here however the boards are filled with politics, business deals, and brass tax. Im just curious as to what is going on behind the scenes and if there is something I should be aware of before I continue to drive this bus to no end.

Thanks in advance.
Anthony

Simply keep doing what you are doing and it will pay off.
