Wrap Around Mortage
I have a rental house that the renters want to buy. I have never done a wrap before. I know I can set the interest rate and price and payments. Do I have to get an appraisal done when doing a wrap and I live in Oklahoma what kind of contract do I use would I give them a contract for deed since I will be holding the note. Bess
