Which Landlord Software Do You Like For Apts?

bruno24 profile photo

I have 62 units and and currently using an outdated Yardi Property Management software program. It has developed some glitches that I am unable to figure out and since it is obselete, I am thinking about switching a different program. I like Yardi because you can have unlimited past, present, future tenants, pay bills, track all accounting, etc. but the current versions are far too complex and expensive for what I need.

What other property mgt software do people recommend? I have heard of landlords using Quickbooks Pro but as far as i understand, that is not geared specificly for landlords. Can anybody provide feedback on that? I am just looking for a capable software that is also simple and user friendly. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Try http://www.tenantpro.com/

Humor alert on) - Side bar: From their web site you can tell they know nothing about weights. They must be geeks. They have an Olympic weight plate on a standard bar.

I used to be a personal trainer. That is pretty funny. I got what you were talking about.

I hope whoever lifts that thing has the clips on it.

Thank you for the info. I am looking into tenant pro and yes, Yardi is still around, but it is much more expensive than tenant pro. I got a kick out of those weights too.
