I use the Nolo book that was recommended also. It has everything you need. I did doctor up the move in letter some though and got the lease from my realtor. A lease from your realtor is much more detailed than the lease in the book. I was a first time landlord also and wanted to make sure I was covered in every way. I had some experiences that caused me to add some clauses in the move in letter in regards to police and noise. Good luck!!
