What Percent Of Value Are You Getting On Refi?
My bank was giving me 2.2x SEV and 60% of that for my 16yr refi loans, now all of a sudden they dropped it to 50%. Just wondering what everyone else is getting. This is in Michigan. Non commercial loans.
