Weekly Rental Agreement?
I got a tenant that is ALWAYS late with the rent despite my numerous lectures to him. His 1 year lease expires March 31. He is married and has 3 kids and I know if I try to evict him it may get lengthy and costly for me. I was thinking of putting him on a month to month lease and next time he is late to finally terminate it but how about a WEEKLY lease instead?? Perhaps that will buy be more protection legally? Any specific LANGUAGE in the rental agreement that will speed any process along? I mean... how would a motel kick you out on a dime if you dont pay up promptly? I know I can get him to sign just about any agreeement.
