Weatherization
I'm looking for advise on how to get signed up for the Weatherization program in Florida for our low income rentals. I called recently and the office stated that you must be an owner-occupant to get any assistance. I've heard from numerous gurus that you don't have to be and owner-occupant to get the assistance. Anyone had their rental units fixed up by the Weatherization folks lately? Did they change the program requirements?
