Springville, Provo area. Do we have any members on this forum who could give me some insight into purchasing / investing in a house in that area? I have a daughter who moved to the Springville – Provo area and I would like to try and help her get a house there. She currently has a smaller 2 bed 1 bath but with one child (2) and another on the way her present house is too small. I deal in tax sale properties here in Missouri, have looked at the tax sale procedures in Utah a little bit, a few years, back but have a hard time understanding the bid down process. Utah’s sales are nothing like the ones in Missouri. Comments, suggestions, any help welcome.
