Things To Add In Lease :: Never Thought About That!
I just noticed some interesting things in the posts. Ive been using the same rental contract for years now w/ a few tweaks here and there but mostly the same redundant 15 page doc. I just took notice that some of you list a fee for "lock-outs" (meaning they lock themselves out and you have someone let thim in.
This makes a whole lot of sense. My question to you is, do you have anything in your contract that other REI's tend to miss like this?
