I am looking for tenants for a couple of 2 - unit buildings in the Chicagoland area. What are some suggestions as to how to bring in tenant applicants? Are there any companies that I can utilize?

    Use www.craigslist.org in the Chicago area. You might also consider your local Section8 programs and colleges.
