Tenants Out At Closing
I need some advice from veterans. I want to buy a 4 family, in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. At closing, I would strongly want the building without any tenants. How can i ( the seller and I) do this according to the law? Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thank You
