If my tenant files for bankruptcy (Las Vegas, NV), is it possible that I could have him sitting in my rental house for months without paying rent. If anybody could answer this, it would be much appreciated.
Very much depends on the inspector. Do not be surprised if you fail. You will get another opportunity to pass and they will give you a list of the failed items. I have gotten some concessions from them on occasion.
