Tenant/Certified Mail
hey question what do u do if your tenant wont accept certified mail i have a tenant who is late on the rent i made a call and was told i am waiting on a check now dis was last week now dis is the first time this has happen but in previous times when i tried to reach her by sending certified mails she never accepts it so i did send one again yesterday letting her know the fee is 25 dollars when the rent is not received by the 7th now i am wondering what do i do if she does not accepts the certified mail and dont pay the rent HELP prop location BALTIMORE.
